“Attendance used to take our teachers ten minutes every morning, and parents found out about absences days later. Now it takes a minute and parents know before the first period ends.”

Attendance lives in notebooks. Nobody sees the full picture until someone compiles it by hand.
Marks, timetables and student details are copied between files, and every copy is a chance for a mistake.
Important notices are buried under hundreds of messages, and parents hear about absences days later.
ClassSynk replaces all three with one platform that everyone on your campus can use.
Everything a K-12 school runs on, from Pre-Nursery to Class 12, on any board.
Batches, test series and fee instalments for coaching and tuition centres of every size.
Departments, semesters and credits on the same foundation, for degree colleges and universities.
Every institution runs on the same foundation: invite-only accounts, attendance, exams, announcements, the mobile app and a full audit trail.

The day’s status follows the same rule the product uses: leave periods are set aside, and a student is present if present periods are at least equal to absent ones.
Admins sign in with a password and a one-time code sent to their email. A stolen password alone is not enough.
Nobody can sign themselves up. Every account starts as an invite from your institution, with a link that works once and expires in 24 hours.
Signing in on a new device signs out the old one, and a password reset ends every session. A forgotten, logged-in computer stays safe.
Admins, teachers, students and parents each see only what their role allows, and every request is checked on the server.

Principal, Sunrise Public School, Pune“Exam season was a spreadsheet nightmare. With marks locked and published from one place, our results went out on time for the first time in years, with zero corrections afterwards.”
Rajesh Khanna
Examination In-charge, Green Valley Senior Secondary, Jaipur“The ClassSynk team set everything up for us. Our office staff imported every student from Excel in an afternoon, and teachers were using the app the same week.”

Parents with several children already switch accounts in one app. Soon every child’s alerts arrive, whichever account is open.

Batches and timings, test series with scores and ranks, and fee instalments, built for coaching and tuition centres.
Departments, semesters, credits and electives, so degree colleges and universities can run on ClassSynk too.

ClassSynk is an education management platform. Admins run the institution from a web dashboard, while teachers, students and parents use the ClassSynk mobile app. Attendance, exams, timetables, the academic calendar and announcements all live in one place.
Not yet, but they are next. Coaching and tuition centres come first, with batches, test series and fee instalments, followed by colleges and universities with departments, semesters and credits. Both will run on the same foundation schools use today. If you run one, talk to us: early conversations shape what we build.
Most institutions are live within a week. Our team creates your institution, academic year and custom fields. Your office then imports students and teachers from Excel, and everyone receives an invite.
Yes. The app stays signed in to several children’s accounts at once, and parents switch between them without logging out.
Yes. Every request is checked against the institution it belongs to, so no institution can ever see another’s data.
