Please read these terms carefully before using ClassSynk.
1. Agreement
These terms govern the use of ClassSynk, provided by ClassSynk Technologies Private Limited. By using ClassSynk, an institution and its users agree to them.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation from an institution. Users must keep their credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under their account. Institutions are responsible for who they invite and the roles they assign.
3. Acceptable use
ClassSynk may be used only for legitimate educational purposes. Users must not misuse the service, attempt to access data they are not permitted to see, or disrupt its operation.
4. Institution data
Institutions own the data they put into ClassSynk. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.
5. Fees
Subscription fees are set out in the institution’s order form or on our pricing page and are billed annually in advance, plus applicable taxes.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep ClassSynk available and secure, and may improve or change features over time. We will give institutions reasonable notice of material changes.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by the institution in the twelve months before a claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
